রিটার্ন নীতিমালা:

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের মূল লক্ষ্য। তাই কিছু নির্দিষ্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি।

রিটার্ন করার শর্তাবলী:

1।    পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।

2।   পণ্য অবশ্যই অক্ষত ও ব্যবহার না করা থাকতে হবে।

3।   মূল প্যাকেট, ট্যাগ ও ইনভয়েসসহ পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে।

4।    ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভিন্ন পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হলে প্রমাণস্বরূপ ছবি বা ভিডিও পাঠাতে হবে।

5।   ইচ্ছাকৃত ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের জন্য কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

💰 রিফান্ড নীতিমালা:

1।    পণ্য রিটার্ন যাচাইয়ের পর ৫-৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে।

2।   রিফান্ড মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট) অথবা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে দেওয়া হবে।

3।   ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয় (যদি না সমস্যা আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে হয়ে থাকে)।

❌ নিচের পণ্যসমূহের রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়:

·       ইউজড (ব্যবহৃত) পণ্য

·       ইনস্টল করা ইলেকট্রিক ডিভাইস

·       সেলসে থাকা বা ডিসকাউন্টেড পণ্য

·       কাস্টমাইজড বা প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্য

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept product returns under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return:

1.    Return must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.

2.    The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

3.    Return must include original packaging, tags, and invoice.

4.    If the item is defective or wrong, send us clear photos/videos as proof.

5.    Damaged products caused by customer misuse will not be eligible for return.

💰 Refund Policy:

1.    After verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

2.    Refunds will be made via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank transfer.

3.    Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the fault was on our side.

·       Installed electric devices

·       Discounted or clearance items

·       Customized or pre-ordered products
